Most Texans without employer coverage buy through the ACA Marketplace, and many qualify for help paying for it. That is what we do: a licensed agent compares every Marketplace plan available in your ZIP, checks your subsidy, and enrolls you — free, no obligation.
Worth Knowing
Networks vary plan to plan within the same insurer. An agent confirms your specific doctors and hospital are in-network on the exact plan before you enroll — the check that saves people the most money after the fact.
Financial help is based on projected income for the coverage year, not last year's return. Getting that projection wrong is the most common and most expensive mistake people make enrolling on their own.
Some Texans are better off on an employer plan, on Medicaid, or waiting for the next enrollment window. An agent paid by the carriers has no reason to pretend otherwise, and we would rather say so.

Who This Is For
Roughly one in five Texans under 65 has no coverage through a job. If you recognise yourself below, the Marketplace is almost certainly your route — and there is a good chance you qualify for help paying for it.
The largest group we help. Your subsidy is based on projected net self-employment income, which is exactly the number people get wrong on their own — estimate it badly and you either overpay all year or owe money back at tax time. Premiums may also be deductible for the self-employed, which is worth raising with whoever does your taxes.
Losing employer coverage opens a 60-day Special Enrollment Period — you do not have to wait for Open Enrollment. A Marketplace plan is frequently cheaper than COBRA for equal or better coverage, and most people default to COBRA without ever comparing. Compare both before you decide.
The gap between leaving work and Medicare eligibility is where the Marketplace matters most, and it is where premiums bite hardest. If your income in those years is modest, your subsidy can be substantial — this is worth an actual calculation rather than a guess.
Employer coverage that is affordable for you individually can still be expensive once you add a spouse and children. Depending on the current rules, your family may be able to get subsidised Marketplace coverage even while you stay on the work plan. An agent can run both and tell you which is actually cheaper.
Simple Process
One call connects you with a licensed Texas health insurance agent. A real person, not a bot.
We check the plans available in your ZIP, confirm your doctors are in-network, and calculate the financial help you qualify for.
If a plan fits, we handle the paperwork and submit it on the call. If nothing fits, we tell you that. The call is free either way.
Real Savings
ACA subsidies are based on your household income and household size. Many Texans qualify for more help than they realise — and never find out.
